The mobile hydraulic container system is used to mix and pump building materials underground. The transportable foundations accelerate and simplify siting.

A silo available up to 150 m³ in capacity serves as intermediate storage for the dry building material.

The entire system comprises the following two to three containers.

Mixing and pumping system container

This container houses the mixer in addition to the actual operator console. The mixed building material is passed through a connecting line to the hose pump that directs it through the building material line to the shaft.

Electrical installations container

This container houses the entire electrical installations needed to control the system. These also include a transformer for supplying the system with 400 or 500 V from the location’s own power supply.

Compressed air system container

This houses the compressor for the supply of compressed air. This container need not be installed when the location has its own adequate supply of compressed air.
